These are not a wide flare just some amount of flare to them!! I am 5ft and honestly found the perfect jeans!

SIZING: 

I wear size 5 & 7 in Judy Blue Jeans, I am wearing a 9 and I fit in an 11 but these are high rise and I always go up a size on HW jeans. However I would probably stay with the 9 as I perfer a tighter fit jean. 

My neice is wearing a size 0 and is 12 years old and wears a 00 in American Eagle jeans so this is perfect for those teens that are in between sizes.. 

I would recommend to size up 1 -2 sizes from your Judy Blue sizing depending on your prefence of fit!
